Ingredients:
Sugar, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Maize Flour), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (9.8 %), Raising Agents (Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Flavours, Salt, Fibre.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160C (fan forced) or 180C (conventional)
- Grease cake tin or spray with vegetable oil
- Combine 150ml water, 100ml oil, 2 eggs, and 550g Chocolate Mud Cake mix in a small mixing bowl
- Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. Cake is baked if it bounces back when gently pressed at the peak of the cake.
- Remove cake from the oven. Leave in tin for 10 minutes before placing it upside down on a wire rack to cool.
